Packed with just too much history to detail, the Reichstag dome in Berlin is a wonderful combination between old and new. Construction on the new dome was finished on 1999, the new dome is not just for looks, it’s a fully functional environmental friendly lighting and air circulation system for the parliament hall below.
A heaven for photographers, the unique shape, sheer size and vast amounts of mirrors and geometric shape are a playground for anyone holding a camera. I Still had my old and trusty Olympus C-4000 when visiting this location, Here are my favorite samples:
