This is one of Ido Liven’s personal favorites, because of its simplicity. Taken in Ruegersberg, Germany (September, 2007), with the old and reliable Olympus C-4000, Ido details:
“The minute I saw this apple lying on the bench I had that well-known hunch I have to pull out my camera. Staring at it for a few seconds, all the objects easily arranged themselves into this composition.”

At the end, all mythical characteristics are gone – only the apple is left.”
Photographed some other object with mythical attributes? Got a different photography story? You’re welcome to share!
